Job Summary:

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week traveling contract at a clinic in Olivia, MN. The role involves working primarily in outpatient settings with some inpatient responsibilities, serving a diverse caseload that includes pediatric and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records according to industry standards.
• Provide patient and family education on treatment goals, procedures, and home programs.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or credential as a Speech Language Pathologist in Minnesota.
• Proven experience working with pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
