Revenue Operations Coordinator

Summit Pharmacy Solutions LLC, a Texas-based specialty pharmacy, is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to support accurate, efficient, and compliant revenue processes. In this role, you will coordinate charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, and reconciliations, working closely with pharmacists, technicians, and healthcare providers. You will track key revenue metrics, identify discrepancies or denials, and support resolutions and appeals. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and patient-centered who understands healthcare or pharmacy billing and wants to contribute to advanced, highly regulated specialty care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate revenue operations workflows across pharmacy, billing, and provider relations
• Monitor charge capture, claims submission, and payment posting for accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile payer remittances, identify discrepancies, and support appeals or resubmissions
• Maintain revenue operations dashboards and reports to track KPIs and trends
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and providers to resolve revenue-related issues
• Support implementation of process improvements to reduce denials and optimize reimbursement
• Ensure revenue practices comply with healthcare, payer, and pharmacy regulations
• Maintain accurate patient, payer, and billing records in pharmacy and billing systems
• Assist with auditing, documentation, and internal compliance reviews
• Support cross-functional projects related to revenue cycle and pharmacy operations
