Schedule / Job Type: Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time (35-Hour Weekly Guarantee)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapeutic goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Minnesota
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NBCOT certification
• Experience working in a SNF or similar post-acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with skilled nursing facility documentation and compliance requirements
