As a Resident Assistant or CNA, you will provide hands-on care anddaily support to our residents while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and personalized care in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications as assigned
- Provide personal and direct resident care
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Follow state regulations and company policies
- Assist with resident activities and programming
