TITLE: Care Attendant
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the resident's physical and emotional wellbeing.
Qualifications: ACNA/NAR or HHA certificate is preferred, but not required. The Care Attendant must possess sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.
The Care Attendant is required to have an ability to read, write and speak English, and complete and pass a state required background study form which checks for certain criminal convictions or serious maltreatment.
