Location: Montevideo
CCM Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for an ambulatory clinic role focused on obesity medicine. The APP will split time between obesity medicine (approx.
17 hours weekly) and the family/ambulatory clinic (about 2 days per week), with occasional duties at Thrive in Marshall and a weekend Walk-In Clinic rotation. Qualified candidates will have NP or PA credentials with licensure, board certification, prescriptive authority, and BLS.
