Massage Therapist

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our guest-first spa team. In this on-site role, you will provide professional therapeutic and relaxation massage and body treatments to resort and casino guests, ensuring comfort, safety, and service excellence. Responsibilities include conducting client intakes, tailoring services to individual needs, maintaining strict sanitation standards, and supporting spa operations through accurate scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage and body treatments to resort and casino guests according to established protocols and guest needs.
• Conduct pre-session consultations, review contraindications, and tailor services to guest preferences and health conditions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in all treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Promote spa services, retail products, and special offers to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
• Accurately document services, complete POS transactions, and support efficient scheduling and check-in/out processes.
• Collaborate with spa and resort team members to uphold guest-first service standards and support a welcoming environment.
• Follow tribal, resort, and state regulations, including confidentiality, health, and safety policies.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and skill development to stay current with techniques and service standards.
