Crisis Program Supervisor

Rudolph Community and Care seeks a Crisis Program Supervisor to lead our crisis services in a small, adult care home in Rockingham, NC. This role oversees daily operations, staff scheduling, and crisis response for residents needing support with personal care, medication, and supervision. You will guide de-escalation efforts, coordinate individualized crisis and safety plans, and collaborate with nurses, case managers, and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the crisis care program for adult residents in a home-like setting
• Provide direct support and de-escalation for residents experiencing behavioral or emotional crises
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized crisis and safety plans in collaboration with care teams
• Train, coach, and schedule crisis staff to ensure 24/7 coverage and consistent, high-quality care
• Coordinate with nurses, case managers, families, and external providers for resident support and follow-up
• Monitor documentation, incident reports, and medication-related procedures for compliance and quality
• Lead crisis debriefings, root-cause reviews, and quality improvements to strengthen resident safety
• Ensure policies, regulatory standards, and resident-rights practices are consistently followed
