Location: Northfield
Community Health Resources, Inc. Northfield program in Enfield, CT seeks a part-time Residential Rehabilitation Counselor to support eight adults in a 24/7 residential setting.
You will conduct group and individual sessions, teach skills in nutrition, budgeting, hygiene, and recovery, and coordinate care with providers and families. A bachelor's degree and CPR/First-Aid certification within 6 months are required, plus a valid driver's license.
