• Provide direct obstetric and newborn nursing care on the OB/L&D/Postpartum/Nursery unit.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret external fetal monitoring, and assist with labor and delivery (vaginal delivery, induction, C-section support).
• Administer IV medications and infusions, perform venipuncture, and manage postpartum analgesia and medications.
• Deliver postpartum and newborn care, including newborn assessments and breastfeeding support.
• Chart accurately in Epic and coordinate with interdisciplinary team (PT, Respiratory, Interpretation, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response, Pharmacy).
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and safety protocols.

• Active MN Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Community hospital experience required
• Epic charting experience
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN (Beginner & Intermediate)
• COVID-19 vaccine required

• Orientation: 24 hours
• Access to interdisciplinary support and ancillary services (PT, Respiratory, Interpretation, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response, Pharmacy)
• Locals are welcome with the same rate as travelers
• Dedicated support from a travel nursing team throughout the assignment
