Set up and operate dialysis machines as directed by nursing staff;
Monitor patient vital signs and treatment parameters during dialysis;
Educate patients on treatment adequacy measures and home dialysis options when appropriate;
Assist with vascular access cannulation and monitor access patency;
Document treatment data accurately and ensure proper charting and CQI participation
