- Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered daily living and nursing care as part of the nursing team;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities and record vital signs;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques and provide range of motion exercises;
Assist with meals and hydration and support dining experiences for residents;
Communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse and comply with infection prevention and PPE policies
