Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time Opportunities Available

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.
As an RBT with our organization
, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of these amazing individuals.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide positive reinforcement strategies to promote social, communication, and adaptive skills
• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and report to supervisors
• Participate in consultations with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to refine treatment plans and ensure effective delivery
• Maintain a safe and healthy therapeutic environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless continuity of care

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or pursuing) or equivalent experience
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Ability to maintain accurate records and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with varied hours, including weekends and evenings
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
