Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Henderson, Minnesota

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs; applicable credential for SLPAs
• Valid MN licensure or eligibility (SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA)
• Experience with school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy caseloads is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm for working with K-8 populations, including a diverse range of communication needs

• Providing direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-8
• Serving two engaging school sites (conveniently located)
• Developing and monitoring IEP goals
• Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with state and district requirements
• Consulting with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Flexibly working 30-32 hours per week, split across 4 days (your choice of Mon-Thur or Mon-Fri)
