At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT
, you will play a vital role in our mission to empower individuals with autism to live their best lives.
As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, implementing behavioral interventions and therapies developed by our expert team of behavior analysts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress
- Implementing behavioral interventions and therapies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for clients
- Collaborating with families and other team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Part-Time schedule provides a great balance between work and personal life
- Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
