ASCP Certified Medical Lab Technician - Evening Shift
Join a dedicated healthcare team serving patients and medical professionals across the Midwest region by delivering precise and timely laboratory testing. This role emphasizes accuracy, quality control, and effective communication of test results to ordering practitioners in a courteous and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy in all laboratory testing procedures
- Perform quality control, quality assurance, and routine maintenance
- Comply with all regulatory agency guidelines
- Manage workload efficiently and report any outstanding specimen issues
- Assist with problem resolution and maintain productivity standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience:
At least one year of post-training laboratory experience is recommended but not mandatory
Licenses or
Certifications:
American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Certification preferred
Work Shift:
Evening shift, typically 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, full-time (40 hours per week)
