Provide essential support to patients, healthcare staff, and physicians by accurately and courteously collecting laboratory specimens and performing related lab duties with professionalism and competence.

• Ensure precise patient identification and specimen handling following quality assurance and quality control protocols.
• Comply with all applicable regulatory agency guidelines to maintain safety and accuracy.
• Manage workload efficiently, including tracking outstanding specimen reports.
• Assist with problem resolution and maintain productivity standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support laboratory operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program or relevant post-medical training is necessary.
• At least one year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, primarily first shift with hours varying between early morning and early evening.

This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
