Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist in Henderson, MN

• State licensure as an SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA (required)
• Experience or passion for working with children on the autism spectrum and diverse learning profiles
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to individual student needs
• Previous work in school settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates encouraged to apply

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-8th grade students across two school sites
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress assessments
• Provide support, guidance, and resources to students, families, and educational staff
• Maintain detailed and timely student records and documentation
• Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and IEP conferences

• Flexible scheduling: 30-32 hours/week, choose a 4-day (Mon-Thur) or 5-day (Mon-Fri) workweek
