Good Life Chiropractic is looking for a motivated, compassionate

Massage Therapist / Rehab Assistant to join our growing team in Sartell.

This is a unique hybrid role for someone who enjoys massage therapy but also wants variety, stability, and involvement in a health-focused chiropractic and rehab practice.

Unlike a traditional massage position where income depends entirely on having a full massage schedule, this role provideshourly compensation for all hours worked, plus additional bonuses for completed massage services.

This position combines three main areas of responsibility:

1. Massage Therapy

Provide therapeutic massage sessions customized to the patient’s goals and needs.

Our massage offerings are based on session length rather than different pricing by massage type. The therapist customizes the session using massage and soft-tissue techniques within their training and scope.

2. Rehab / Laser Therapy Support

Assist patients with rehab and recovery services under office systems and protocols.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting patients through prescribed rehab exercises
• Supporting laser therapy workflows and patient flow
• Preparing rehab areas and equipment
• Reinforcing home care and exercise instructions already established by the doctor
• Helping maintain a smooth patient experience throughout treatment visits

3. Marketing / Practice Support

During downtime, the therapist will also contribute to practice growth and daily operations.

Responsibilities may include:

• Training on rehab or laser protocols
• Working on marketing and promotions
• Supporting the patient experience coordinator with tasks
• Keeping the space clean and organized
• Prepping for patients
• Attending community or promotional events

Set Hours for Rehab / Laser Therapy – 18 hours

• Mondays:10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 3:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Tuesdays:2:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Wednesdays:10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 3:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Thursdays:2:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Fridays:8:00 AM–10:00 AM
• Weekends
  as needed for promotional events (occasional)

Set Hours for Massage Therapy – 14+ hours

• Mondays:12:00 PM–3:00 PM and 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Wednesdays:12:00 PM–3:00 PM and 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Fridays:10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Saturdays:9:00 AM–1:00 PM (optional or occasional, depending on demand)
• Massage hours may increase with demand

On longer Monday and Wednesday shifts, built-in break time will be scheduled, ideally around the 2:30–3:00 PM time frame.

Scheduled hours may include 15–30 minutes before the shift for setup, room preparation, and patient-prep responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Professionally trained in massage therapy
• Friendly, personable, and able to connect well with patients
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Interested in working in a chiropractic / rehab setting
• Comfortable balancing massage, rehab support, and office responsibilities
• Interested in helping grow massage services within the practice
• Willing to participate in occasional marketing and community outreach efforts

Experience in chiropractic, rehab, sports recovery, wellness care, or a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.

You’ll be part of a practice focused on helping people move better, recover better, and live healthier lives.

Base Pay:

• $20/hour for all hours worked

Massage Bonuses:

• 30-minute massage: +$10
• 60-minute massage: +$20
• 90-minute massage: +$30

This means when actively providing massage, compensation is designed to be approximately $40/hour equivalent, while still providing hourly stability during rehab support, training, setup, marketing, and other office responsibilities.
