Kingsway Senior Living in Belle Plaine is seeking Home Health Aides to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives.
* Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred, but not required.*

*** Home Health Aides are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000 depending on hours/shift selected!**

• Full Time / Part Time
• 2:00 pm- 10:00pm
• E/O Weekend Required w/holiday rotation
• Part Time Casual On-Call positions available as well

• $15.61/hr - $19.64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant years of experience)
• Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials (Additional $1/hour)
• Weekend Shift Differential (Additional $1/hour)

• Assisting residents with all of their ADL's (activities of daily living) including; dressing, dental hygiene, toileting and showering.
• Preparing for and assisting residents with meal times
• Medication administration
• Interaction/activities with residents
• General clean up and laundry

• Compassionate, patient, and friendly demeanor
• Genuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player
