• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings
• Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with both traditional and technology-based therapy delivery (in-person and virtual)
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

• Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluation, diagnosis, and tailored treatment for students as indicated in IEPs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address a range of communication disorders in school-aged children
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other service providers to ensure holistic support
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and required documentation for compliance
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide consultative support as needed
