American Traveler is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week Home Health assignment in Southeast Minnesota, requiring at least 1 year of experience.

• Minimum of 1 year experience required
• BLS certification required
• Occupational Therapy Assistant license required if applicable
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including employment dates and rehire eligibility

• Home health and skilled nursing facility (SNF) care setting
• Monday through Friday schedule with flexible 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm shift options
• 8-hour day shifts
• Utilizes Net Health and Home Care Home Base charting systems
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Productivity expectations of 87% in SNF and 95% in Home Health settings
• Therapy Supervisor available onsite for support
• Guaranteed 32 hours per week
• Provide occupational therapy services across both home health and skilled nursing facility settings
• Position does not involve supervisory responsibilities
• Candidates must reside within an 80-mile radius for local placement consideration
• Local candidates accepted at an adjusted rate
