Sanford Health has an opening for an Adult Psychologist to join staff working in the Sanford Clinic in Wheaton, MN.

Join a growing behavioral health practice and become an integral part of a collaborative rural healthcare team. The department currently includes one Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and is seeking to add a Psychologist to expand behavioral health services.

• Integrated behavioral health services within a Rural Health Clinic (RHC) setting
• Collaborative primary care team consisting of 1 physician and 5 APPs
• RHC is attached to a Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
• Opportunity to help grow and shape behavioral health services within the community

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $114,254 - $147,589 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
