In-Clinic Rx is a pharmacist-led healthcare organization transforming how pharmacy services are delivered within physician practices and health systems.

Located inside Eastern Carolina Medical Center in Benson, North Carolina, our pharmacy is embedded directly within a primary care practice, allowing pharmacists to collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, care managers, and support staff to improve patient outcomes and provide truly integrated care.

Our pharmacy combines traditional dispensing services with advanced medication management, adherence programs, and innovative pharmacy technologies to create a patient-centered healthcare experience.

We are seeking a motivated pharmacist who enjoys building relationships with patients and providers while helping improve outcomes across the continuum of care.

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations while serving as a trusted medication expert for patients and healthcare providers.

This individual will work closely with physicians, nurses, care managers, and support staff to optimize medication therapy, improve adherence, and remove barriers to care.

The ideal candidate is clinically minded, service-oriented, technologically proficient, and passionate about independent pharmacy.

• Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, controlled substance accountability, and quality assurance processes.
• Utilize Pioneer Rx, Script Pro, and Syn Med technologies to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Support pharmacy growth initiatives and service line expansion.
