Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Part-Time AM Resident Assistant to deliver direct routine care for tenants under supervision, following the Service Plan and Nursing Assistant standards. You will assist with activities of daily living and support cognitive and social well-being in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting.
As part of an interdisciplinary care team, you’ll help promote independence and ensure residents receive compassionate, respectful care.
