Bonus: Eligible for a $5,000 bonus for each qualifying management property added

Requirements.
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with property management systems (Hostaway preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Job Duties
  • Oversee daily operations for short-term rentals and hotel properties
  • Ensure properties are guest‑ready, clean, stocked, and maintained
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and remote support teams
  • Monitor reservations, same‑day turnovers, and guest requests
  • Manage guest communications across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, , etc.)
  • Conduct quality inspections, property audits, and inventory oversight
  • Resolve operational issues and escalations quickly and professionally
  • Support onboarding of new properties and assist with long‑term rental operations
  • Supervise cleaners, vendors, and support staff to ensure high standards
  • Track performance, enforce accountability, and improve workflows
  • Protect revenue through upselling opportunities, damage tracking, and quality control

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
