Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor ensures the delivering of service excellence to our guests by encouraging a comfortable and welcoming environment that promotes quality service and guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for supervising the front desk operations as well as the front desk staff.

• Ensure front desk staff is familiar with all hotel products and services.
• Handle all guest issues courteously and efficiently to ensure a satisfactory problem resolution.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure new hire and annual training is complete.
• Ensure company policies are adhered to, including Hilton standards.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate and follow up on all guest and room information.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring of employee candidates.
• Report any items are in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.

• Previous hotel Front Desk experience - overseeing/directing a team is a plus.
• Able to work some weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Report to work on time and in proper attire.
• Works well independently.
• Effective and innovative in handling and solving problems in the workplace.
• Remains positive and helpful while working in a fast-paced environment.
