Food & Beverage Manager; F​/M​/X

Job Title

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a creative mindset and a strong focus on results.

This role combines comprehensive knowledge of Food and Beverage with marketing activity planning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and planning CREATIVE and STRATEGIC marketing activities to increase our revenue
• Brand management; making our brand visible and building it for the long term
• Collaborating with management on developing strategies for F&B outlets, community events, and other services
• Preparing a content strategy in collaboration with the PR Manager
• Managing the F&B team and its outlets during daily operations, and stepping in as our FB Manager when needed
• Maintaining positive relationships with our guests
• Adhering to the highest standards of food and beverage quality and exceptional service
• Reporting on revenues and losses, forecasting, increasing profit, team attendance
• Cost control; overseeing the ordering of products, supplies, repairs, and inventory

We are looking for someone with creative thinking and a strong focus on results. The ideal candidate should have:

• Out of the box thinking
• Previous experience in a large hotel or restaurant
• Experience with marketing activities
• Ability to anticipate the needs and desires of our guests while balancing business needs
• Excellent communication skills
