We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Linen Bag Sorter & Loader to support our vacation rental housekeeping operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring clean linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies are properly sorted, organized, loaded, and distributed to vacation rental properties on schedule. This is a fast-paced, physically active position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Sort dirty and clean linens by type, size, and property needs
Organize linen bags for daily housekeeping routes
Load and unload linen bags, housekeeping carts, and supplies into company vehicles
Assist with preparing departure and arrival linen inventory
Inspect linens for stains, tears, damage, or excessive wear
Separate damaged linens for reporting or replacement
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the linen warehouse and supply areas
Assist with inventory counts and restocking supplies
Ensure all linen bags are labeled and staged correctly for crews
Follow company safety procedures for lifting and handling heavy bags
Support housekeeping and logistics teams during busy turnover days
Help maintain timely operations to meet guest check-in deadlines

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry heavy linen bags repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously during work hours
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed during peak season
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude with willingness to assist where needed
Previous warehouse, housekeeping, laundry, or logistics experience preferred but not required

Experience working in vacation rentals, hotels, laundry services, or housekeeping operations is a plus
