We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager's Assistant to support our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and orderly environment. The assistant will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure that all areas meet company standards for cleanliness and organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards

Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
