Banquet Server

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking Banquet Servers to deliver exceptional service at weddings, meetings, and special events. In this guest-first role, you will set up banquet rooms, prepare tables and buffets, serve food and beverages, clear courses, and maintain a clean, organized environment. You'll follow food safety and alcohol service guidelines while responding promptly to guest needs. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, you will collaborate with banquet leads and culinary staff to ensure smooth events and a positive, welcoming experience that reflects our tribal values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, linens, and service areas according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to banquet guests
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, buffets, and service stations throughout events
• Follow food safety and alcohol service policies and tribal gaming regulations
• Provide friendly, attentive service and respond quickly to guest requests or concerns
• Coordinate with banquet captains, culinary staff, and teammates to ensure smooth event flow
• Assist with buffet monitoring, replenishing items, and maintaining presentation standards
• Clear dishes, glassware, and service items efficiently between courses and after events
• Handle basic POS or cash transactions as needed in compliance with procedures
• Break down and reset rooms after events, preparing spaces for the next function
