Front End Associate

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. In this role, you'll greet and assist guests, process payments, handle inquiries, and support front-of-house operations for dining, gaming, and resort services. You'll operate POS systems, manage cash and transactions accurately, and maintain a clean, welcoming area. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and team-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while upholding our guest-first, tribal values-based culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming first impression of the resort and casino
• Process guest transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and comps
• Answer questions about property amenities, promotions, dining, and events, directing guests as needed
• Support front-of-house operations for dining, gaming, and resort services during busy periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front-end area that reflects resort standards
• Resolve basic guest concerns or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
• Follow cash handling, security, and responsible gaming and service policies
• Collaborate with teammates and departments to ensure smooth guest flow and efficient service
