Manager Of Operations

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Manager Of Operations to lead daily hotel, food service, and guest operations in a fast-paced resort and casino environment. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and team performance, ensuring guest-first service and operational excellence across multiple outlets. Responsibilities include managing budgets, labor, and inventory; maintaining safety, gaming, and health compliance; and driving process improvements. You'll collaborate with tribal leadership, support cross-department initiatives, and mentor team members for growth while upholding our welcoming, inclusive culture and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel, casino, and food service operations to ensure smooth, guest-focused service
• Lead, schedule, and develop operations teams across multiple outlets
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to meet financial targets
• Monitor and improve service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations and tribal policies
• Coordinate cross-department activities to support events, promotions, and resort initiatives
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest experience
• Resolve escalated guest issues and support a welcoming, inclusive environment
