Assistant Resort Manager

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks an Assistant Resort Manager to support daily operations across hotel, casino-adjacent amenities, and guest services. You'll lead front-line teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold tribal values of respect, hospitality, and community. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, service standards, issue resolution, and property readiness, while supporting budgets, compliance, and safety. Ideal candidates bring strong hospitality leadership, resort or hotel operations experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day resort operations across hotel and guest service areas
• Lead, coach, and schedule staff to meet service and labor goals
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve escalated guest issues
• Maintain facility readiness, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting
• Monitor and support compliance with health, safety, and gaming-related policies
• Partner with department leaders to coordinate events and high-traffic periods
• Promote a guest-first, team-oriented culture aligned with tribal values
• Identify training needs and support staff development
• Respond to operational emergencies and after-hours issues as needed
