Room Attendant

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. In this on-site role, you will clean and reset guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to resort standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing linens and amenities. You'll promptly report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items, follow safety and chemical-handling procedures, and respond to guest requests with a friendly, guest-first attitude.

Working closely with supervisors and teammates, you'll help ensure a welcoming, comfortable stay in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to resort standards
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and high-touch surfaces
• Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities as required
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and damaged items promptly
• Follow proper use, storage, and labeling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Respond to guest requests and questions in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean, organized state
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation procedures and guidelines
• Coordinate with front desk and supervisors on room status and priorities
• Support teammates to meet daily room quotas and quality standards
