Hotel Housekeeper

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to ensure clean, comfortable rooms and public areas for our guests. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and bathrooms, changing linens, restocking amenities, vacuuming and dusting, and maintaining hallways and common areas. You'll follow safety and cleaning standards, report maintenance issues, and support our guest-first culture through friendly, respectful service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas to brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock towels, amenities, and supplies
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and surfaces in rooms and corridors
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance or safety issues
• Handle laundry, including collection, sorting, and transport of linens
• Follow health, safety, and OSHA guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean, organized manner
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, supporting a guest-first culture
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams to meet room readiness goals
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced resort environment
