Hotel Housekeeping

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking Hotel Housekeeping team members to keep guest rooms and public areas spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing rooms and bathrooms, changing linens, restocking supplies, vacuuming and dusting, and reporting maintenance needs. You'll interact with guests in a friendly, respectful manner while following safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to brand and safety standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and remove trash from assigned areas
• Inspect rooms for damage, maintenance issues, and lost and found items, and report promptly
• Restock housekeeping carts and storage areas with linens, amenities, and supplies
• Follow proper use, storage, and labeling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Adhere to health, safety, and tribal property policies and procedures
• Respond politely to guest requests and communicate special needs to supervisors
• Work efficiently to meet room turnaround timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support a clean, guest-first environment
