Assistant Service Manager

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks an Assistant Service Manager to support daily service operations across our resort and casino. In this role, you will lead front-line teams, ensure guest-first service, and uphold tribal values of respect and community. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, coaching staff, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining service and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with leaders across hotel, food and beverage, and entertainment to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while supporting training, scheduling, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily service operations across assigned resort and casino areas
• Lead, coach, and support front-line staff to deliver guest-first service
• Handle and resolve guest concerns and service recovery quickly and professionally
• Oversee shift schedules, breaks, and staffing levels to meet business needs
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Coordinate with hotel, food and beverage, and entertainment teams to support events and peak periods
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of team members
• Assist with POS, cash handling oversight, and basic reporting on service performance
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and gaming-related service policies
• Promote a respectful, inclusive culture aligned with tribal values and team collaboration
