Event Support Staff

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks Event Support Staff to help deliver outstanding guest experiences at concerts, conferences, and special events. In this fast-paced hospitality environment, you will assist with event setup and teardown, seating, crowd flow, basic cleaning, and guest way finding. You'll work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure events start on time, run smoothly, and meet safety and cleanliness standards.

This role requires excellent customer service, clear communication, reliability, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event room, stage, and seating setup and teardown
• Guide guests to seats, amenities, and event areas
• Monitor crowd flow and support a safe event environment
• Maintain cleanliness of event spaces before, during, and after events
• Follow event schedules and directions from supervisors
• Operate basic event equipment such as stanchions and signage
• Respond to guest questions with courteous, accurate information
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues promptly
• Support emergency and safety procedures as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure event success
