Special Events Attendant

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a friendly Special Events Attendant to support concerts, banquets, and resort events. In this guest-facing role, you'll assist with event setup and teardown, monitor event areas, provide directions and information, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You'll work closely with event, food & beverage, and security teams to deliver smooth, on-time events while upholding our guest-first, tribal values.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, comfortable on their feet, and enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced hospitality setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, teardown, and room configuration
• Greet guests and provide directions, information, and basic support
• Monitor event areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort
• Coordinate with event, food & beverage, and security teams during events
• Restock supplies and maintain orderly event spaces
• Support crowd flow, line management, and guest seating
• Respond to guest requests and escalate issues when needed
• Follow health, safety, and venue policies and procedures
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
