Are you ready to help shape an employee experience that is warm, organized, and human centered? As the HR Coordinator, you help keep our People and Culture engine running smoothly. You will create seamless onboarding moments, support employees throughout their journey, and ensure the operational side of HR stays accurate, compliant, and moving forward. Your work directly supports our mission to help people live better, starting right here inside Sauna
360.

• Do you create welcoming first impressions? Champion a smooth, positive onboarding experience by coordinating interviews, plant tours, schedules, and candidate communication, and preparing new hire files, badges, and orientation logistics.
• Are you a friendly, trusted guide? Serve as a resource for employees, supporting onsite communications, engagement activities, and cultural events that reinforce who we are.
• Do you keep operations running with precision? Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, files, and HRIS data while supporting benefits, performance reviews, attendance tracking, and terminations.
• Can you deliver payroll accuracy? Process payroll on a bi‑weekly basis to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
• Are you a guardian of safety and access? Serve as admin for building security systems and badge access.
• Do you strengthen compliance? Support background checks, audit activities, and policy updates with care and accuracy.
• Are you a voice for better ways of working? Recommend improvements to HR processes and help us elevate the employee experience through continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of related experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable style
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Organized, detail oriented, and ready to manage multiple moving parts with confidence
