We’re expanding our international recruitment operations into Ireland and are looking to work with experienced freelance Business Development professionals with strong local market knowledge.

Sunny Side Recruitment – supplying talent across Engineering, Healthcare, Logistics, and Hospitality, both locally and internationally.

Discover Medics – specialists in international healthcare recruitment, placing nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals across Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East.

Our core strength is international recruitment, sourcing skilled candidates from overseas and managing the full recruitment, compliance, visa, and relocation process.

The role

As a freelance Business Development Partner in recruitment, you will:

  • Identify and develop new recruitment clients in Ireland
  • Open doors and introduce business development opportunities
  • Build long-term client relationships within healthcare, engineering, logistics, and hospitality
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to convert roles into successful placements

This is a business development–focused role. Candidate sourcing and delivery are handled by our team.
