Human Resource Director (HR Director)
As the HR Director at Edenbrook Pine Haven
, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing human resources functions specific to the long-term care industry. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of HR, including compensation, benefits administration, OSHA compliance, payroll management, corrective action/disciplines, talent acquisition, and onboarding and orientation processes.

Key Responsibilities Compensation and Benefits- Assist in administering company benefits programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances, 401K, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee OSHA compliance, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage and track workplace injuries, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
- Administer bi-monthly payroll processes.
- Accurately enter and maintain employee data in HR systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing corrective action and discipline procedures.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of recruiting efforts, including sourcing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing timely follow-up.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Conduct orientations to introduce new employees to company policies and culture.
- HR Human Resources Experience or equivalent experience in Healthcare Setting.
- Must have Payroll experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
