As human resources project employee experience within our team, you’ll support the Employee Experience Lead and Employee Experience Architect in designing the employee experience‑lifecycle, with a focus on operational delivery to improve specific experience touchpoints in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Support the implementation of programs, from design through deployment, in collaboration with the centers of excellence:
  Talent, Training, Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, Brand and Communications, and Digital
• Help strengthen the skills of key teams within Sanofi regarding best practices in employee experience
• Participate in the analysis of market trends and best practices to bring new perspectives and help position Sanofi as a leader in employee experience
• Contribute to the measurement and reporting of employee experience initiatives using data‑driven approaches
• Collaborate on implementing operational improvements for specific touchpoints of the employee experience, in alignment with Sanofi’s employee value proposition and employer brand

• Soft and technical skills: communication, autonomy and rigor
• Education: Master’s degree in human resources
• Languages: English fluent

En tant qu’alternant.e res sources humaines et expérience employé au sein de notre équipe, tu vas assister le responsable de l’expérience employé dans la conception du cycle de vie de l’expérience employé, en mettant l’accent sur la mise en œuvre opérationnelle afin d’améliorer certains points de contact spécifiques, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
