Responsibilities- Support the implementation of programs, from design through deployment, in collaboration with the centers of excellence:
Talent, Training, Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, Brand and Communications, and Digital - Help strengthen the skills of key teams within Sanofi regarding best practices in employee experience
- Participate in the analysis of market trends and best practices to bring new perspectives and help position Sanofi as a leader in employee experience
- Contribute to the measurement and reporting of employee experience initiatives using data‑driven approaches
- Collaborate on implementing operational improvements for specific touchpoints of the employee experience, in alignment with Sanofi’s employee value proposition and employer brand
- Soft and technical skills: communication, autonomy and rigor
- Education: Master’s degree in human resources
- Languages: English fluent
