The Principal People Strategy Partner (PSP) serves as the primary strategic HR advisor to C-suite executives and senior business leaders, driving enterprise-wide people strategies that enable business transformation, workforce agility, and long-term organizational success. This role partners closely with executive leadership to shape workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture while aligning talent priorities with enterprise business objectives.
The Principal PSP provides forward-looking workforce insights, influences executive decision-making through data and predictive analytics, and leads enterprise change initiatives that strengthen organizational resilience and readiness. This role collaborates across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Enablement Partners, and business leaders to deliver integrated people solutions that improve organizational performance and sustainable talent outcomes.
How Will You Make an Impact:
- Serve as the senior strategic HR advisor to executive leadership, influencing enterprise decisions related to workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture.
- Design and lead enterprise-wide workforce planning strategies that address organizational design, succession readiness, workforce agility, and long-term talent supply and demand.
- Partner with executive leaders to translate business strategy into scalable people strategies that drive organizational transformation and business performance.
- Utilize workforce analytics, predictive insights, and scenario planning to influence executive decision-making and proactively address workforce risks and opportunities.
- Lead complex enterprise change initiatives by preparing leaders to navigate organizational disruption, build resilient teams, and drive sustainable adoption.
- Align and coordinate cross-functional HR teams, including Centers of Excellence, HR Enablement Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Total Rewards, and external partners, to deliver integrated workforce solutions.
- Coach, challenge, and influence executive leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, foster inclusive cultures, and improve organizational performance.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness and return on investment of workforce and talent initiatives, using insights to continuously improve enterprise people strategies.
- Influence the evolution of enterprise HR strategy, governance, operating models, and people policies that support long-term organizational success.
- Mentor senior HR talent and elevate the strategic capability of the HR organization through coaching, development, and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field, and a minimum of 12 years Human Resources experience, including a minimum of 7 years in a strategic HR or equivalent role supporting executive-level leadership and 5 years of experience leading strategic in workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, or leadership development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives and senior leadership teams on enterprise workforce strategy and organizational transformation.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise operating models, workforce planning strategies, and organizational design initiatives.
- Strong expertise in workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and translating people data into strategic business recommendations.
- Proven success leading large-scale organizational change, executive coaching, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience influencing enterprise HR strategy and partnering across Centers of Excellence and cross-functional business teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop senior HR talent and build strategic HR capability across an organization.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary
* range for this specific position is $180,720 to $298,188.
