Full-Time Human Resource Director Salary
Salary position with a pay range: $30.55 - $39.06 pending experience

Job SummaryThis position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resource department. The Human Resource Director is critical in executing initiatives, providing great customer support and driving People Services for functional excellence and process improvement.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Oversees and directs the onboarding, hiring, and orientation process for all new team members. Ensures processes are completed in a timely manner and according to policy.
- Oversees and directs the payroll process to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Assists with the communication of benefits and compensation.
- Advises and supports other department leaders with team member related issues or concerns. Acts as a liaison between managers and team members to ensure team members are treated fairly, and policies are applied consistently.
- Oversees worker’s compensation and leave of absence processes to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Monitors team member turnover and retention and implements creative ideas for recruitment and retention. Performs exit interviews with staff leaving employment. Analyzes and reports appropriate data to QAPI monthly.
- Prepares and submits all EEO, Affimatative Action, OSHA 300, and all other government mandated reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or related healthcare field
- 3+ years in Human Resources and/or healthcare related experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to:
Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, right to know, ADA.
- Prior supervisory/management experience.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience with HRIS software, an applicant tracking system, E-Verify
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Experience working in a Union environment (if applicable).
