Location: Le Center
Dessert Holdings is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual) to support our Le Center, MN facility. This role focuses on HR operations, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and day-to-day employee support to ensure accurate and compliant human resources processes.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3+ years of HR experience, and is fluent in Spanish/English or English/Somali.
