That’s why we’re looking for an organized, compassionate, and service-minded HR Assistant to become the second member of our Human Resources team. This isn’t a position where you’ll be limited to filing paperwork or processing forms. What You’ll Do?
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquires, assessing needs, responding to routine questions, and routing complex matter to Director of HR
  • Partnering with the Director HR to support daily Human Resource operations
  • Being the first friendly face for applicants, new hires, and employees and helping new employees feel welcomed and prepared for success
  • Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employment documentation initiatives and processes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in personnel files and HCM in accordance with regulatory requirement and ensuring confidentiality
  • Prepare reports and other HR related documentation as assigned
  • Assist with state, federal, and internal compliance audits
  • Process bonuses, employee recognition and facilitate employee engagement committee
  • Assist with annual initiatives, including performance evaluations, open enrollment, employee surveys, policy acknowledgements, and compliance training
  • Support compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and facility policy
  • Working closely with the Director HR on projects that improve the employee experience as assigned
Job Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Proficiently be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Strong problem solving and follow-through skills
  • Knowledge of general HR principles, practices and procedures or ability to learn
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations (e.g. HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, EEO etc.) or ability to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with basic employee benefits, payroll process, and recruitment practices or ability to learn
  • Proficiently execute data entry tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and is dependable
  • Friendly, approachable, and committed to outstanding employee experience
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with professionalism
  • Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work in fast paced environments
