You'll partner closely with operations leaders and employees on the manufacturing floor, helping drive engagement, support organizational growth, and foster a positive workplace culture. • Be a go-to HR partner for employees and leaders, helping create a positive and engaging workplace experience.
• Make an impact every day by delivering responsive support, clear communication, and solutions that help employees succeed.
• Help shape the employee experience through HR programs, policies, and initiatives that support our people and business goals.
• Gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, learning and development, talent management, and HR operations.
• Build strong relationships while supporting employee relations matters and helping foster a culture of trust, respect, and accountability.
• Collaborate with a high-performing HR team dedicated to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Drive meaningful improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance HR services across the organization.

• 0-2 years of experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.

Travel required:

• We value skills gained through both education and experience. Applicants may qualify with a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field or with two additional years of relevant professional experience.
