Position: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
Location: Saint Paul

Position Overview Robert Half is partnering with a Twin Cities based organization that is currently forming a new joint venture and seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. This role will assist with employee leave administration, new hire onboarding, employee records management and retention, compliance activities, and general HR administration while helping create a positive employee experience.

Ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced organization that is continually changing and evolving, and be able to commit for a minimum of 90 days. Responsibilities Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure required paperwork is completed accurately.

Provide administrative support for daily HR activities.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Monitor background checks and support pre-employment processes.

Prepare HR forms, letters, and employment-related documentation.

Ensure confidential employee information is handled appropriately.

Partner with internal teams to resolve employee data and record issues.

Support HR projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.

Provide excellent customer service to employees and internal stakeholders.
